All commercial buildings being sold bought or let require a Commercial EPC.

A Commercial EPC is valid for 10 years unles replaced.

All Commercial EPCs must be registered with Landmark / Land Registry by the EPC Assessor.

Exemptions from the Commercial EPC
- Places of worship
- Stand alone buildings of less than 50M2
- Buildings that will be demolished within two years.
- Temporary buildings.
